Does Qesma hold or move my money?

No. Qesma is a ledger, not a bank or wallet. Transfers happen in InstaPay, your bank app, a wallet, or in cash; Qesma records them and asks the receiver to confirm.

How does InstaPay settlement work?

When your friend has added their InstaPay link, Qesma opens it and copies the exact amount for you. After you send, record the payment. It stays pending until they confirm it arrived.

Can it read Egyptian receipts with VAT and service?

Yes. Receipt capture looks for line items, VAT, service, discounts, and the total. If a receipt is unclear, Qesma flags it for review instead of guessing, and you approve every amount before it's saved.
