Information We Collect
We collect essential information to manage your account: your name, email, unique handle, and your InstaPay IPA payment identifier when you choose to configure it.
Financial Ledger & Expense Privacy
Your personal spending is private to you and never shared with other users. Shared expenses and settlements are visible only to verified participants within that specific Group or Social relationship.
Receipt Scans & AI Processing
Receipt photos and voice notes are stored temporarily in private storage only to prepare your drafts. Only you, and the automated processing working on your drafts inside your session, can open them while they remain stored, via short-lived authorized access; possession of a link alone grants nothing. Removing a file or discarding the session schedules its remote deletion; remaining temporary files are scheduled for deletion when Capture ends and no later than 24 hours after upload, and interrupted captures remain recoverable for no more than 6 hours. Deletion uses bounded retries: a provider or scheduler outage may delay it, which we treat as an incident. Voice audio is not kept as audio and transcripts are deleted when the session completes, is discarded, or expires. Your financial images are not used to train external public AI models.
Zero Data Selling & Account Deletion
Qesma does not sell your personal or financial data to any third parties. You retain the right to request deletion of your account and personal records at any time.
